Digital product delivery — common questions
Straight answers on scope, process, and how we engage. For a tailored view of your situation, start a discovery conversation.
What does end-to-end digital product delivery include?
We scope architecture, ship mobile and web products, APIs and integrations, QA and release, and hand over documentation so your team can own what we build. Brand-only or pure marketing engagements are out of scope.
How do you handle an existing codebase or technical debt?
We start with a structured assessment: what is safe to extend, what must be refactored, and what should be isolated behind boundaries. Delivery plans explicitly sequence risk reduction before feature acceleration.
Can you work with our in-house engineers?
Yes. We commonly embed with internal squads, define interfaces and ownership, and run joint reviews so knowledge transfer is continuous rather than a final handover rush.
What engagement models do you use?
Most work is milestone-based product delivery with clear acceptance criteria. For uncertain problem spaces we begin with a diagnostic and priority slice before committing to a full build programme.
How long does an MVP typically take?
Timelines depend on surface area, integrations, and compliance constraints. After discovery we provide a phased plan with explicit go / no-go checkpoints rather than a single opaque estimate.

Most engagements begin with a conversation about context.
We do not send a proposal before we understand the problem. Start by telling us about your decision context — we will identify the highest-leverage intervention areas before any scope is agreed.
