How is this different from buying an off-the-shelf AI platform?
Off-the-shelf platforms are built for the average customer, not yours. When your workflows do not match the platform's assumptions, the work moves back to your team. We build software that reflects how your organisation actually processes information — and we integrate it directly into the systems you already run.
Our data is sensitive. How do you handle data governance?
Every system we build is architected so your data remains under your control. Models are trained on your infrastructure, processing happens on your stack, and nothing passes through shared third-party AI infrastructure. For regulated sectors — financial services, healthcare, insurance — this is a requirement, not a preference.
What does the engagement look like end to end?
The programme runs across four phases over approximately 20 weeks: Discovery (weeks 1–4) to map workflows and agree outcome criteria; Build and integrate (weeks 5–10) to design and connect the system to your ERP; Pilot (weeks 11–14) to run live on one workflow and tune against real behaviour; Scale and handover (weeks 15–20) to roll out and transfer ownership to your operations team.
How do you make sure the team actually adopts the system?
Adoption is part of the engagement, not an afterthought. We co-design with operators, run the pilot with your team, and stay engaged through every phase. Pilot performance criteria are agreed in writing before kickoff — if we miss them for reasons within our control, we re-tune at no additional cost.
What does a realistic business case look like?
Across mid-market deployments we typically see touchless processing rates move from 5–15% to 50–65%, cycle times drop from 3–5 days to under 24 hours, and 20–35% of FTE capacity redirected to higher-value work. Programme economics typically show a 9–15 month payback and 3–5× ROI by year two.
